Spreadsheet will work well for for keeping track of volunteer parents in the library. We have a core group who usually come at a regular day and time, but there is some switching from week to week. W/ the Google spreadsheet, I could see at a glance who will be coming each day & week. Also, if I create a Group of the volunteers, they can access the spreadsheet from home, and make switches with each other, eliminating the need to call me to try to arrange that.
